United Community Addiction Network is reimagining how recovery looks in Michigan by creating a clinical community approach to substance use disorder support. Their mission combines compassion with access, bringing resources, education, and real help to individuals and families navigating addiction.

Challenge

UCAN needed more than just a site, they needed a digital lifeline. The platform had to meet the needs of multiple audiences at once: individuals seeking support, donors wanting to give and volunteers looking to help. It had to be easy to navigate, mobile-first and emotionally grounded without sacrificing functionality.
